November 2025: Workshop with the new "Cimbalo Cromatico" in Bremen
From the 28th to the 30th of November 2025, Johannes Keller offered a workshop surrounding the new cimbalo cromatico with 19 keys per octave. It was commissioned by the HFK Bremen and built by Dietrich Hein.
The instrument is equipped with a player module that enables the instrument to be played from a computer. Simultaneously it registers the key movements when played by a human. The module was developed by Studio Wernicke.
